Why is this role important?

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Conveyancing Secretary to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing conveyancing files independently and providing full documentation support for all property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle conveyancing files for HDB, private resale, and building-under-construction (BUC) matters.
– Undertake documentation support and independently prepare legal documents for conveyancing transactions.
– Liaise with clients, bankers, CPF Board, housing agents, and other external parties.
– Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers as required.
– Maintain accurate records and filing systems for conveyancing matters.

What are the role requirements?

Requirements:
– Experienced in handling HDB, private resale, and BUC conveyancing files.
– Strong documentation and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
– Good command of written and spoken English.
– Proactive work attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
– Resilient and organised, able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
