Gan Wen Xuan

Wen Xuan was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2022.

She has developed a broad legal practice with a particular focus on real estate and conveyancing. Wen Xuan represents and provides advice to clients on a wide range of property transactions, including but not limited to the sale and purchase, refinancing, transfers, sub-sale, and sub-purchase of both HDB and private properties, as well as the acquisition of properties under construction. She has also acted for CPF Board and various banks in these transactions. Her work encompasses the careful review on legal documents, including Option to Purchase, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, mortgages, and other security documents for financial institutions.
