Ng Alison

Alison graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2024.

Before joining the firm, Alison trained in the banking and finance practice area, and assisted with matters involving advising and acting for major local banks and corporations alike on the structuring of loans and other financing transactions.

She also has experience in general corporate legal work, having assisted with matters involving share acquisitions, employment contracts, and the drafting of various types of commercial agreements.
