Jermaine Lee

Jermaine graduated from the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Second Class (Upper Division), as a recipient of the NUS Merit Scholarship, and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2026.

Jermaine began her legal training in general litigation at one of Singapore’s Big Four law firms, assisting on high-value civil disputes, including misrepresentation, unlawful means conspiracy, contractual and tortious claims, as well as disciplinary proceedings before the Court of Three Judges. She was also part of the team in a successful criminal appeal before the Court of Appeal of Singapore.

Jermaine subsequently continued her training at a leading matrimonial disputes practice, where she gained experience across the full spectrum of family disputes, from amicable resolutions through negotiation and mediation to contested proceedings and appeals before the Family Justice Courts. She has assisted extensively on matters including:

• Simplified and non-simplified divorces, both contested and uncontested
• Nullity proceedings
• Disputes relating to custody, care and control, access, maintenance, and division of matrimonial assets
• Applications for interim care arrangements and maintenance, variation of existing orders, and Personal Protection Orders
• Private and court-led mediations

Drawing from her personal background, Jermaine brings a thoughtful and empathetic perspective in her practice. She works closely with clients to guide them through sensitive disputes with clarity, with a focus on achieving fair and sustainable outcomes.
