Vaness Wong

Vaness graduated from Singapore Management University with a Juris Doctor in Law and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in April 2026.

During her practice training contract with BR Law in 2025, as well as her time as a Legal Executive in early 2026 prior to her admission to the Bar, Vaness gained experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and fund-related work.

She has assisted on private M&A transactions and has been involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation. Vaness has also worked on matters involving private equity and venture capital investments, where she has assisted with investment documentation. She also has experience advising on general corporate and commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and regulatory and compliance matters.
